Objective
The delivery of our journey for our customers characterized by positive, caring and supportive relationships fundamentally set the Stock school bus experience apart.

Goals

  • To create an environment on and around the school bus that makes the ride to and from school an integral part of a pupil's learning experience.
     
  • To develop a highly safe and professional team of drivers, acting as representatives of Stock, and equipped with the tools and training necessary to deliver that experience.
     
  • To generate a "paradigm shift" in the community, changing the image of the "bus driver" to that of a "customer service school bus driver" (in essence, a "trip manager").
     
  • To understand the motivations and expectations of our service base, the drivers; to improve driver retention; and to provide short-term employees with a valuable career stop.
     
  • To instill in our staff and drivers an understanding of the Stock brand of service and to help them understand what it means to be part of Stock Transportation.
